#### 1. **Check the Return/Exchange Policy**
* Go to the website’s **Returns & Exchanges** section.
* Look for:
* **Timeframe** (e.g., within 30 days)
* **Condition requirements** (unused, tags attached)
* **Eligible items** (some items like underwear or final sale may not be exchangeable)
#### 2. **Log In to Your Account**
* Go to the e-commerce site (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
* Log into the account used for the purchase.
#### 3. **Find Your Order**
* Navigate to **“My Orders”** or **Order History**
* Locate the item you want to exchange.
#### 4. **Choose the Exchange Option**
* Click on the item and select **“Return/Replace”** or **“Exchange”**
* Choose **“Exchange”** (if available)
* Select the **reason for exchange** (e.g., wrong size, defective item)
